Nearly everyone enjoys music, whether by listening to it, singing, or playing an instrument. Through music, children:

• Develop a mastery of memorization
• Develop creative thinking
• Learn the value of teamwork
• Develop better self-confidence
• Develop spatial intelligence
• Learn to improve their work

Every year, our learners participate in music festival up to national level where we have won several awards. We also have inter-classes competition and trophies are awarded to the winners.

After being crowned winners in some of the categories in the 2014 National Music Festivals, our pupils were among those invited to Statehouse Mombasa where they recited a poem on corruption in front of the head of state His Excellency, Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta.

The KBA school music Academy teaches instruments and music courses that will eventually lead to the Associated

Board of Royal School of music (ABRSM) or London college of music (LCM) certification. These certificates are

internationally recognized. It also develops and nurture the talents of our pupils. Please note that the enrolment of this

special program is ongoing here in school.
